E160 C Paprika

Extracted from the dried fruit of sweet Bell Pepper plant/Capsicum Annum. Paprika was pH stable and had good stability with light and heat. Paprika is mostly prone to light oxidation and we have prepared paprika that was more stable towards oxidation by the combination of antioxidants. Paprika shades were a natural orange color.
