Soy Milk, Nurturing Your Digestion?

It is not the end for people who have lactose intolerance. They can consume animal-free dairy, in which protein is created using precision fermentation, and can be adopted in cow milk alternative products or plant-based dairy products. 

Plant-based dairy products have proliferated in the market in recent years, starting with plant-based milk and expanding to plant-based yogurt, cheese, and ice cream. While plant-based brands continue to innovate with new flavors and ingredients, they have some new competition to watch. Animal-free dairy milk, made with whey proteins produced through cellular agriculture—will hit retail shelves soon. This new type of milk allows for claims like lactose-free and cholesterol-free and can be used to make cheese and other dairy products.

Its function is to provide structure to the curds that the coagulation of casein-rich liquid milk. The other function of casein is to bind calcium and magnesium ions in a process called precipitation.

It is cholesterol-free, has less saturated fat than cow's milk, and lowers the LDL in the body. Soy milk contains a significant amount of protein, fats, and carbohydrates that are good for digestive health. Moreover, the isoflavones present in soy milk also help enhance intestinal absorption, resulting in smoother digestion.
